The Basics!
Club penguin is a Snow coverd world where penguins can dress up,Chat to friends play games etc!
So The penguin with a ring around it is you! Move about by clicking your mouse! You can click on doors and passages to get you in to different places (Sometimes secret ones!). If you meet someone you like, Click their player card! And click the liitle smiley face it will then say do you want to add this person as a friend ? Click yes if yes and no if not.If yes is clicked an invite will be sent and they will say if they want to add you if they say yes,the smiley face thing will come up beside the newspaper in the top right ! This will come up also if someone wants to add you!
The newspaper and mailbox.
The nespaper can be located up in the top right corner of the screen.The newspaper is basically the same as your average newspaper You can read whats happening and whats forthcoming , play games,read poems and jokes,send in all of that!,etc! The mailbox is where you can send and recive postcards from your buddies! To send one either Click reply to the one they sent you or click their player card and click the mail! each postcard you sent cost ten coins.
Clothing and free items.
If you want to buy clothes you can go to the Sport shop and the gift shop to buy clothes(note the sport shop does no longer exist after herbert destroyed it This will be located in the mission section ) There are also Sport leaflets around the island where games can be located.To buy Clothing you must be a member which means supscription with a monthly fee:(
But non members can buy backgrounds and pickup free items at parties.
Parties and Mascots Every Month club penguin has a party to celebrate something.Whether it be Sport,adventure,something new ,etc.Sometimes At special events Mascots(Moderators) come and if you meet them you can get a special background to show that you met them ! I have trackers for them on my Trackers page!
Agents and Missions.
Club Penguin Has Agents (EPF) Agents that Go round The island looking for bad or Innapropriate behaviour.To report someone Click there card.if you dont want to see anything they are saying you can Click the skull.On Every Player card exept Moderators and mascots. You will Then Put them into a category eg:Bad language or lying or cheating.This will report them so if a mod thinks there being bad they will ban them.Dont Worry! They wont know it was you.Agents also Have missions to do.These Can be located at the EPF Headquarters.They are Requiring skill ,Intelligence,and Teamowork. Have you got those skills ?
Puffles.
Puffles are fluffy liitle pets on Club penguin!To Buy a Puffle go to the pet shop and view the catalog! it will tell you what the puffle likes how it plays and you can even take them in Games ! Theese are the ones you can take in Games
